Documenting at the end of the Erasmus traineeship

You have enrolled and successfully completed an Erasmus internship, have enjoyed your stay, and have not forgotten to fill in and send documents on arrival, and are leaving your destination now and are interested in what you need to do to ensure your internship is recognized by your home university. the remaining 10% of the Erasmus grant?

After the mobility

Documenting at the end of an Erasmus internship can be complicated, so I’ll explain to you today how to simplify your life and send it all in time and properly completed. The first thing that will interest us is the After the Mobility section of your Learning Agreement. This document should be provided by your home university, but it will also be issued by the host organization upon request. This document is filled in by the person who was your boss during your internship. There are parts like what you’ve been doing, what you’ve learned, and brief feedback. It does not matter very much what your boss will write to you, it is halved when the dates with those you entered in Before the mobility are sitting.

Confirmation of Attendance

The second thing will be the Confirmation of Atendance when the International office or anyone else issues a certificate that will give you the dates you were doing and will give you a stamp. This certificate should be built automatically, if it is not, definitely ask for it!

Online Language Assesment

The third is the Online Language Assesment. The link should arrive about two weeks before the end of the internship, but you have to complete it for up to four weeks after you arrive home. It is the same language test as you did at the beginning and at the end you will also be issued a language certificate. It consists partly of listening, grammar, reading and understanding of the text and vocabulary, filling it in about half an hour.

That’s it!

Then send these three documents to your home unrest, especially to your Erasmus Coordinator. If everything is fine and you do not want anything more, then you only have to wait for the Erasmus feedbacku to fill in, and after filling out the remaining part of your grant. The feedback link comes automatically after the end of your internship and is circulated by the Erasmus mobility tool database.
